History

Glacier Water’s sophisticated water treatment, filtration and vending systems provide convenient, low-cost access to great-tasting, high quality water. An industry leader with more than 30 years of experience, Glacier Water has more than 23,000 water vending machines installed throughout North America.

Glacier Water machines function like mini bottled water treatment and filtration plants to turn municipal water into great-tasting filtered water that is vended into refillable containers. As people become more aware of the environmental impact of individual bottled water, Glacier Water provides the same great taste without the plastic waste.

In 2011, Glacier brought our expertise to the bagged ice business, introducing machines that produce and bag ice right in the store – not miles away. Once sealed, the bag is delivered into a cooler where it’s immediately available for sale.
